FIXTURE WARRANTY INFORMATION

OPTILED Technology, LLC warranties its fixtures against defects in material and workmanship for 35,000 hours or Four (4) years from purchase date. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover acts of nature such as lightning damage, or corrosion and discoloration of components, nor does it cover damages caused through abuse, vandalism, improper installation, surges in electric current, or acts of third parties. OPTILED’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing all or any part of the product which in the opinion of OPTILED are defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover costs of removing and re-installing the light fixture. If this fixture fails for any reason covered by this warranty, simply return the fixture with a copy of the original sales receipt, freight prepaid, and OPTILED shall, at its option, repair the fixture, replace the fixture, or refund the purchase price.

LAMP AND LUMINAIRE WARRANTY INFORMATION

OPTILED lamps and luminaries are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for 35,000 hours or FOUR (4) years from date of purchase.* This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover acts of nature such as lightning damage, nor does it cover damages caused through abuse, improper installation, surges in electric current, or acts of third parties. This warranty does not cover costs of removing and re-installing the lamp or luminaire. If the lamp or luminaire fail for any reason covered by this warranty, simply return it with a copy of the original sales receipt, freight prepaid, and OPTILED shall, at its option, repair the lamp or luminaire, replace the lamp or luminaire, or refund the purchase price.

*SPECIAL NOTE ON LAMPS OR LUMINAIRES REQUIRING A CONSTANT CURRENT DRIVER

Any OPTILED lamp or luminaire requiring a constant current driver requires the use of the appropriate OPTILED branded constant current driver in order to be eligible for the OPTILED Warranty Program. Please contact one of our customer service representatives if you have any questions about the proper pairing of lamp/luminaire with driver.
